• Please arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to appointment time. Late arrivals may be at risk of altering the appointment time.

• It is recommended that you do not wear jewelry. It can be lost or left in a robe pocket.

• We recommend removal of makeup before a facial treatment. Men should shave prior to a facial.

• We recommend silencing cell phones for complete relaxation.

• Spa experiences are suitable for even the most modest individual. Our therapists make every effort to ensure your comfort and drape your body. He or she will be sensitive regarding your privacy and will be happy to answer any of your questions.

• Gratuity is not included in our service fee unless otherwise stated. Gratuity is based upon your satisfaction of the service and is always appreciated by your therapist. Typically a 15-20% gratuity is appropriate.

• Payment Policy: Payment is required upon completion of service. Cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted.

• Cancellation Policy: Because we strive to accommodate all of our guests by reserving an appointment time, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or a cancellation fee may be charged.

• Customized spa packages are available upon request.

• Spa Memberships offering deep discounts on services and products are available. Ask for up-to-date information.

• Gift Certificates are available for any service or amount that can be redeemed for services, products or specialty items. Gift Certificates are valid for one year and are non-refundable. Gifts and specialty items are offered to please any taste. If you are at a loss for gift ideas, we’ll be glad to help.
